Marrakech Fine Food (MFF) is a high-end gourmet boutique offering an exceptional culinary experience. With a focus on quality, diversity and aesthetics, MFF offers a refined selection of teas, coffees, chocolates, pastries and other delights, carefully chosen and prepared to satisfy the most demanding palates.

As a multi-brand, multi-product player, MFF wanted to group all its products under a single platform accessible in Morocco and internationally. Faced with the challenge of bringing together brands with distinct identities within a single website, the creation of a multi-boutique e-commerce solution proved to be the most appropriate response. This approach not only reflects the diversity and elegance of each brand, but also offers a fluid, personalized user experience for each visitor, while respecting the local specificities of each country to appeal to gourmets the world over.

Menu & UX design

Our design team has created a product catalog structure that combines a fluid user experience with optimized natural referencing. Products are organized into relevant categories and sub-categories, clearly displayed in the ‘Menu’ section, to structure the offering in a functional way. By integrating intuitive search filters and taking care to avoid duplication, we have created a clear and logical tree structure, easily understood by users and search engines alike. This optimization significantly improves MFF’s positioning in search results and attracts qualified traffic to the site.

Optimized product sheets

The site has been designed to offer a shopping experience that is both immersive and informative. Each product sheet is a real showcase, highlighting the products through carefully-crafted, referenced descriptions, followed by a clear system of variations. This allows customers to choose the version that best suits their tastes and needs, while offering a collection of associated products, creating a personalized tasting experience. In addition, suggestions for complementary products guide customers in their discovery, creating a personalized tasting path.

In addition to taste, each product sheet provides valuable technical information: product type, taste notes, certifications, composition, origin and possible variations. This transparency is essential to reassure even the most demanding customers, enabling them to make clear choices.

Particular emphasis is placed on the layout to highlight the craftsmanship and respect for tradition that characterize MFF. Carefully selected photos showcase the products in a way that awakens the senses and inspires the desire to taste them.

To offer a smooth, personalized experience, we have opted for an optimized purchasing path. MFF customers can now choose from two delivery options to suit their needs, including store pick-up or home delivery. As for payment, we have set up a secure system offering two options: payment on delivery and online payment via Payzone, our secure payment partner in Morocco. These two flexible solutions enable you to pay for your purchases on the site with complete security and peace of mind.
