Freshmania, a WebApp developed with React/Symfony
In the heart of Agadir, Freshmania is a restaurant concept founded by a local entrepreneur with a passion for healthy, creative gastronomy. The inviting setting offers customers a personalized culinary experience, as they compose their own salads from carefully selected ingredients.
Faced with a rapidly evolving online delivery and catering market, Freshmania has identified a major challenge: how to digitize the composition of its menus to offer customers a fluid, intuitive experience? The company wanted to develop a high-performance website application and reduce its dependence on delivery platforms, which charge high commissions and weigh down its profitability.
Consequently, the creation of a high-performance application site was essential. Designed using React and Symfony technologies, the website enhances the restaurant’s visibility, offers a personalized customer experience and gives full control over the online ordering process.
Menu & UX design
Our design team has created an intuitive structure to provide a fluid user experience and optimal navigation. Products are clearly organized in the Menu section, enabling customers to quickly find what they’re looking for. Each category and product sheet can be accessed with just a few clicks, making the ordering process quick and pleasant. This optimized organization guarantees a streamlined experience, where every customer can personalize their meal and finalize their order with ease.
Customize products
To support customers throughout their purchasing process, we have designed an advanced, intuitive and interactive personalization system. Thanks to a fluid visual interface, they can compose their ideal dish (salad, main course, dessert) by selecting the desired ingredients directly from detailed photos. Each choice is instantly taken into account, enabling them to visualize in real time the composition of their meal as well as the total number of calories, for a more balanced and controlled diet.
To further enrich their experience and give them even greater freedom of personalization, we’ve integrated a selection of extra toppings. These options add a gourmet or nutritious touch to their meal, according to their preferences and dietary needs.
What’s more, every page and every product category has been designed to suggest upsells. This intelligent approach creates multiple opportunities for discovery and exploration of new flavors, while guiding the customer towards harmonious and tasty associations.
Our website template is designed to adapt to all types of catering, offering maximum flexibility to restaurateurs. It allows them to easily personalize their offer, optimize order management and meet the expectations of an increasingly demanding clientele, in search of practicality, quality and transparency.
Wide-ranging menu
To deliver a fluid and engaging user experience, we’ve designed a fun, interactive menu to make product discovery intuitive and attractive. The menu is structured into main categories, making it easy to navigate and quickly access the various options available.
Product sheets have been carefully designed to combine clarity, transparency and aesthetic appeal. They feature high-quality photos illustrating the final product, enabling customers to visualize exactly what they are about to order. To reinforce this transparency, each card also contains an informative extract and a detailed description of the dish, its components and nutritional characteristics, while suggestions for extras and drinks help to finalize the order. This approach aims to create a relationship of trust with customers by offering them full visibility of what they are eating.
In addition to this transparency, we’ve added a playful touch to the shopping experience by making menu exploration interactive and engaging. Each visual and description naturally guides the customer towards choices adapted to their desires and needs. This modern, immersive design makes the menu a real asset for a successful digital culinary experience.
Client tunnel
Pour offrir une expérience fluide et accessible à tous, nous avons optimisé le tunnel d’achat de Freshmania pour une navigation simple et intuitive, notamment sur mobile. Dès leur arrivée sur le site, les clients peuvent s’inscrire, se connecter via leur compte Google pour un accès rapide, ou passer commande en tant qu’invité, sans création de compte.
Pour répondre aux différents besoins, nous proposons deux modes de livraison : le pick-up dans le restaurant le plus proche, pour ceux qui souhaitent récupérer leur commande sur place, et la livraison à domicile, pour plus de praticité. Côté paiement, les clients ont actuellement le choix entre le paiement en espèces à la livraison ou le paiement en ligne sécurisé.
Management back-office
We implemented a high-performance Symfony back-office management system to optimize operations management. This system centralizes the tracking of orders, dishes, deliveries, sales, payments, promotions and user accounts, offering fluid, automated management. It also enables efficient administration of other modules, including menus, deliveries and simplified management of payments, whether online or on delivery.
Mobile
Because the mobile has become the main navigation tool for the majority of users, Freshmania has been specifically designed to offer an optimal experience on the smartphone. Aware that customers are looking for fast, intuitive and fluid navigation, our platform has been designed to meet the demands of tactile use. Every element, from navigation buttons to product images, has been carefully arranged to facilitate interaction and decision-making.
